Koru appointed deputy Foreign Minister

The decree that envisages appointment of Foreign Ministry's Deputy Undersecretary Ambassador Naci Koru as Deputy Foreign Minister was signed by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan yesterday. Graduated from Ankara University's Faculty of Political Sciences, Koru has been working for the Foreign Ministry since 1981. Before being appointed as deputy undersecretary, Koru worked as Turkey's Ambassador to Riyad. Koru is also known as the architect of online consulate services of Turkey's Foreign Ministry, as well as the ambassador who has equipped the Foreign Ministry and Turkish missions abroad with a common computer network.
