Prince and Princess of the Netherlands to visit Turkey

Prince Williem Alexander and Princess Maxima of the Netherlands are set to arrive in Istanbul on November 10. During their visit, Prince and Princess will tour Istanbul’s Istiklal Street on bike, and thus the ceremonies commemorating the 400th anniversary of diplomatic, cultural and commercial relations between the two countries will end with a closing event. The event aims to support the efforts exerted by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality to increase use of bicycles and promote cooperation to be made with the Amsterdam Municipality on the issue.
