Contrary to a European Council of Justice report claiming that the PKK is not a terrorist group, the European Union Police Organization (EUROPOL) yesterday released a report documenting the group's terrorist attacks. The 54-page report stated that the PKK was the group behind all separatist activities in Germany last year.
