Abducted Turkish truck driver in Afghanistan released

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu posted on his Twitter account on July 13 that Kerim Yesil, a Turkish truck driver who has been kidnapped in Afghanistan on April 16 was released.  Volkan Yesil, a son of the released driver, said that officials from the Turkish Foreign Ministry called them on Saturday night and informed them about the news that his father was released. The freed driver is expected to come to Turkey on Tuesday.
