Actress Angelina Jolie to meet Syrian refugees in Turkey

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres will meet Syrian refugees at camps in Turkey today. Jolie and Guterres will visit several camps near the Syrian border in the southern Gaziantep province, the foreign ministry’s press office said by telephone today from Ankara. They are also expected to hold talks with Turkish officials on Sept. 14, the ministry said. Turkey hosts about 80,000 Syrian refugees, according to government data.
