Iraq has a great need for some 3 millions homes and other infrastructure, and Turkish construction firms could help meet this need, said Baghdad Governor Salah Abdel-Razzaq yesterday, in Turkey as a guest of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD). "We need roads and bridges," Abdel-Razzaq told MUSIAD's annual meeting in Aksaray. "We need clean water and infrastructure, schools and hospitals. Our bilateral trade now stands at $7 billion, and (with more construction) we could double this in five years."
