Bagis: Turkey expects full support from EU in fight against terrorism

Turkey's Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis delivered a speech at the European Policy Center in Belgium on Wednesday. Stating that Turkey expects full support from its European friends in its fight against terrorism, Bagis, said, "Because I'm sure those living a high life with their earnings from criminal jobs will resist the solution process." Bagis also defined the ongoing solution process on the Kurdish issue as "the actualization of the equality of all citizens in real life." Bagis added that the solution process would play a crucial role in terms of implementing political and constitutional reforms and that ensuring a peaceful solution would create an important impact on Turkey's EU accession bid.
