Bayraktar: "Turket is safe for foreign capital"

Ministry of Environment and Urban Development expects $20 billion from sales of real estate, following the completion of regulations eliminating the reciprocity requirement with regard to sales of land to foreigners. Stating that all of these amendments are carried out for foreigners who intend to come, settle and invest in Turkey, Bayraktar said, "All conditions are proper now for the entrance of foreign capital into the country." In order to introduce the latest regulations, the government is now organizing a promotion campaign in which Turkish actors and actresses such as Kivanc Tatlitug, Songul Oden and Tuba Buyukustun are estimated to join. The primary object of these campaigns is to attract many investors from the Middle East to buy real estate in Turkey.
