Biden addresses US Military Academy West Point graduates
US Vice President Joe Biden on Saturday praised 972 cadets who received their diplomas from the US West Point Military Academy. Speaking at graduation ceremony, Biden said that the US the military can spend time on other priorities including the Asia-Pacific region, as the war in Iraq has ended and the war in Afghanistan ends. “The Obama administration also wants stronger ties with other emerging powers like India, Brazil, Russia, Turkey and South Africa,” Biden said.
