Cultural aggreement to be signed between BAU and UNESCO

Chairman of Istanbul's Bahcesehir University (BAU) Board of Trustees Enver Yucel and Director General of UNESCO Irina Bokova yesterday met in Paris, where they decided to sign a cooperation agreement mainly on education and intercultural dialogue between the BAU and UNESCO. The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement will be held in Paris next month. As part of the event, the BAU's Chorus of Civilization will give a concert in a 200-person hall and the great Turkish composer Itri will be commemorated on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of his death.
