Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday participated in a luncheon hosted in his honor by Irish Ambassador to Turkey Kenneth Thompson, with the participation of the ambassadors of the EU countries accredited in Ankara. Speaking at the lunch, Davutoglu touched upon the importance of the relationship between Turkey and EU. Reffering to opening of the 22nd chapter and defining this step as positive but insufficient in country's EU process, Davutoglu said, "One swallow does not make a summer." Davutoglu also pointed out to the 23rd and 24th chapters, saying that Turkey wants to open new chapters. Underlining that Turkey is determined for the solution in Cyprus problem, Davutoglu said the attitude of Greek Cypriot administration did not open the way for the solution.
