Erdogan to travel to Qatar

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is set to pay a one-day official visit to Doha, Qatar, where he will meet with Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani and Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim al-Thani. During these meetings, ways to further improve the relations between Turkey and Qatar, developments in Syria, Palestine-Israel issue and the development efforts exerted by Egypt will be discussed. Furthermore, a statement from the Prime Minister's Office said that the regional and international issues by which the Turkey and Qatar are concerned would constitute an important agenda item as part of Erdogan's visit.
