EU negotiator Bagis holds talks in Strasbourg

State Minister and Chief EU Talks Negotiator Egemen Bagis yesterday met Thomas Hammerberg, the Council of Europe's commissioner for human rights, in a meeting focusing on Turkey's human rights and democratic reforms as well as relations with the CoE. Turkey will take over term presidency of the Council of Europe Ministers Committee at the end of this year.
