Fenerbahce has one foot in semifinals

Turkey's Fenerbahce defeated Italy's Lazio 2-0 in the first leg of quarter-final of UEFA Europa League on Thursday at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium in Istanbul. Fenerbahçe will play the return game on April 11 in Rome. It was already a historic match for Fenerbahce, as it had never before reached the final eight of the Europa League.
