First graders and kindergarten students start school

First graders and kindergarten students started school on Monday, one week before older students return to class in order to participate in orientation programs to help the young students adapt to the school environment. The orientation program commenced with a ceremony which was attended by Education Minister Nabi Avcı at the Atasehir Halil Atamavci School in Istanbul. Avci visited classrooms and talked to several first graders after the ceremony and wished success for all of the students and teachers during the new academic year.
