Fitch upgrades Turkey's outlook to positive

Fitch Ratings on Wednesday upgraded Turkey 's credit outlook from stable to positive, affirming its credit rating as BB+. The outlook came on Turkey 's long-term foreign and local currency issuer default ratings (IDR). Fitch also affirmed Turkey 's short-term foreign currency IDR at B and the country ceiling at BBB-.
