FM Davutoglu meets with Iraqi VP Al-Hashimi

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday met with Iraqi Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi in Ankara. Davutoglu expressed his pleasure at the emergence of a parliament with broader participation following last month's Iraqi parliamentary elections. In related news, Davutoglu met with Azeri President Ilham Aliyev and his Azeri counterpart Elmar Memmedyarov. Afterwards, Davutoglu told a press conference, "Once again we're pleased to look at things from the same perspective as Azerbaijan on all issues." Following his meetings in Azerbaijan, Davutoglu proceeded to Iran.
