In lieu of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will attend a nuclear security summit to be hosted by US President Barack Obama on April 12-13. Thus Turkey will be represented at the summit at the ministerial level, not the prime ministerial level, as originally planned. Davutoglu will express Turkey's views on nuclear security and convey its displeasure about a US House committee's passage of a resolution on the Armenian allegations. Davutoglu is expected to discuss the same issues with his US counterpart Hillary Clinton.
