FM to meet Iran's new president

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has attended to official inauguration ceremony of Iran’s new president Hassan Rouhani. Rouhani, who replaces Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, was sworn in during an open session of parliament yesterday. Leaders and other representatives from more than 50 countries, including Armenia, North Korea, Venezuela and Russia, participated in the ceremony. Davutoglu attended to the ceremony as the representative of President Abdullah Gul. Davutoglu who greeted new Iranian president yesterday is expected to have a meeting with him today. Nechirvan Barzani, head of Kurdistan Regional Government of northern Iraq, was also among the attendees.
