Foreign ministry concerned over development in Libya

The Foreign Ministry is growing increasingly concerned about clashes between protestors and government forces in Benghazi, Libya's second-largest city. Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu convened a meeting of his staff before a trip to Tunisia this week to review arrangements to evacuate Turkish citizens if necessary and a possible regime shift in Libya. The meeting reportedly lasted well into the night.
