Former Greek Cypriot FM praises Turkey's zero problem with neighbours policy

Speaking to ABhaber.com news portal, former Greek Cypriot Foreign Minister Yannakis Kasulides, currently one of the most experienced politicians at the European Parliament, made striking evaluations about latest developments and Turkey's foreign politics. Stating that there are unfortunately a great many injustices and inequity in life, Kasulides said, "One would wish that Turkish Cypriots should be represented in the EU and European Parliament just like we do. It's unfair not to approve the direct commercial law and not to carry out direct flights. Similarly, it's unfair not to see Turkish Cypriots represented in diplomacy, sports and music in today's global world." Kasulides also praised the "zero problem with neighbors" policy which has been followed by Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
