Former Iraqi premier has talks in Ankara

Former Iraqi Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari yesterday met with President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu. Al-Jaafari and Davutoglu discussed the political situation in Iraq before the country's elections next year and they agreed that Iraq could benefit from Turkey's democratic experience.
