Greek PM: "Athens supports Turkey's EU bid"

On a widely televised panel discussion yesterday, Greek Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis stated that Greece supports Turkey’s full European Union membership so long as Ankara meets all of its commitments to the EU. "A Turkey which accommodates itself to Europe's rules will benefit of all its neighbors, including Greece," he added.
