Gul to resume visits abroad

President Abdullah Gul is set to restart his visits abroad, after receiving treatment for his ear infection that he got in a flight in August. Gul will visit Cairo, Egypt on February 5-8 to attend the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit, during which he is expected to express his views on the developments in Syria and Arab Spring. As part of his visit, Gul will also hold bilateral talks.
