He is expected to arrive in Russia in the afternoon today to attend the third 2011 Global Policy Forum meeting and meet with his Russian counterpart Dmitriy Medvedev as well. Reportedly, two leaders will address global security, regional conflicts and modern state structure within worldwide cultural diversity in their speeches and discuss such issues as Nagorno Karabakh, NATO missile shield, Arab Spring and energy.
