Guler: "Nabucco should be completed as soon as possible"

Energy and Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler yesterday attended a summit of participants in the Nabucco project, a pipeline to transport Caspian natural gas to Europe via Turkey. Addressing the meeting in Budapest, Hungary, Guler said that Turkey can work swiftly on the project, and urged the other participants to do the same. Guler also stressed the importance of the project for Europe's energy security and strategy, stressing that it should be initiated and completed as soon as possible.
