Institute of International Finance (IIF) President Charles Dallara said yesterday that Turkey had a dynamic and vivid economy, despite destructive effects of the economic crisis in Europe. "Turkey's exports have a fairly positive performance. Turkish economy has a fairly robust position," said Dallara, adding that the rise in Turkey's current account deficit has now a tendency to decrease. Dallara also said that Turkish economy showed a great resistance despite turmoil in the Middle East and economic crisis in the Euro zone. "Turkey has a fairly good performance and is making great progress in many aspects. Turkey also managed to activate its economic dynamics, increase its economic resistance and strengthen its banking system," Dallara added.
