IMF predicts Turkey will grow 4.6 pct this year

After posting 8.2 percent growth in 2010, Turkey's gross domestic product is expected to show 4.6 percent growth rate this year, according to an International Monetary Fund report released yesterday. The IMF's 2011 World Economic Outlook report predicts the global economy will grow 4.4 percent this year and 4.5 percent in 2012. For Turkey's GDP, the report forecasts growth of 4.6 percent this year and 4.5 percent in 2012.
