In New York, state minister Bagis continus efforts to push EU process

State Minister and chief negotiator for European Union talks Egemen Bagis yesterday attended a climate change summit held before high-level UN General Assembly meetings. During the summit, Bagis met with many EU member countries’ prime ministers and foreign ministers and reportedly continued his efforts to push forward Turkey’s membership negotiation process. Bagis also attended a private sector and civil society forum on behalf of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and delivered a speech at the gathering.
