Iranian Ambassador Huseyinpur: Turkey anr Iran can from an EU-Like partnership

Iranian Ambassador to Ankara Bahman Huseyinpur yesterday said that Turkey and Iran can create a European Union-like partnership in the region and play a key role in solving regional problems. At a working breakfast along with Iranian Consul to Istanbul Mahmud Haydari in Istanbul, Huseyinpur said that if Turkey joins the EU, Iran will be a neighbor to the EU. He added, "Now Turkey acts as a bridge between East and West, and then we will act as a bridge between Turkey and Asia."
