Iraq will be Turkey's number one

Relations between Iraq and Turkey are shining out in the finance sector. The country, in which construction companies succeeded prestigious projects, will have 10 Turkish banks in the near future.  Iraq, advanced in Turkey’s export league with five grades in the last seven years, opens up to the world through Turkey.  "Turkey and Iraq were like the owners of two neighboring stores who love each other, but never buy goods from one another.", Turkey’s Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan said at the opening ceremony of the Ninawa International Investment Conference, which was held in Istanbul yesterday adding that Turkish firms would invest in various growing sectors within the neighboring country . Caglayan also said more than 1,200 Turkish firms have investments in Iraq and that number will be increased soon. Iraq’s parliamentary speaker Osama al-Nujaifi invited Turkish businessmen to Iraq saying "We promise you a future."
