KOSGEB to extend loans for places of business damaged by Reyhanki attacks
Science, Industry and Technology Minister Nihat Ergun said that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which have suffered damage due to the bombed terrorist attacks in the Reyhanli district of Hatay province on May 11, 2013 in Turkey would be extended stand-by credits totaling 100,000 Liras by the Small and Medium Industry Development Organization (KOSGEB). Reiterating that 51 people were killed and 146 injured in the attacks, Ergun said in a written statement that nearly 800 places of business were damaged. Ergun added that credit periods would cover 36 months without any repayment in the first 12 months and then payment requirements with equal installments.
