Macedonian Minister of state praises Turkey

Northwestern city of Osmangazi Mayor Mustafa Dundar and an accompanying delegation yesterday visited Macedonian Minister of State Hadi Nezir in his office. During the visit, Nezir praised Turkey, saying, "As a friendly and brother country, Turkey was the first to recognize Macedonia. Turkey has always been home to us. We consider Turkey as distinct from others. As a result, the Republic of Macedonia cannot thank Turkey enough." Stating that Macedonia has always been proud of Turkey, Nezir said, "We closely follow Turkey in every field from politics to sports through satellite dishes. We also feel sorry for your martyrs more than you do. We always pray for you. The Balkans and Macedonia are also strategically important to Turkey." Nezir also invited Turkish businessmen to invest in Balkans to do something permanent. For his part, Dundar thanked Nezir for his hospitality.
