New Portuguese ambassador meets with Bagis

State Minister and EU Talks Negotiator Egemen Bagis yesterday received Portuguese Ambassador to Ankara Luisa Margarida de Carvalho Bastos de Almeida, who began her tenure in Turkey last November.
