Nuclear resolution from Istanbul

It is claimed that progress was made in nuclear talks made with Iran and 5+1 countries on March 18. American officials speaking to Lebanon based website El Monitor said that technical talks in Istanbul was the strongest dialogue made with Iranians as yet. An official said, "Iranians must focus on their own offers." According to this Iranian negotiators signaled backing out of uranium enrichment for six months in exchange for toning down of the sanctions in Istanbul. Those terms were in the offer presented to Iran last month.
