As part of the Parliamentary Assembly meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCEPA) at the Lutfi Kirdar International Convention and Exhibition Hall over the weekend, Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek received chief rabbi of Turkey's Jewish Community Ishak Haleva, Fener Greek Orthodox Patriarchate Bartholomew and Turkish-Armenian Archbishop Aram Ateshian. During the meeting, Haleva said that dialogue was a means of living together in an atmosphere of differences, peace and cooperation. “The basic objective is to establish a culture of living together in peace,” Haleva noted. Ateshian called on international community to act sensitively about the Syria issue. For his part, Cicek said that people should listen to and understand the calls made by them.
