Outlines of nuclear power plant deal with Russia emerge

Details of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant project deal signed last week during Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Russia are beginning to emerge. Foundations for the plant would be laid early next year, and almost 6,000 people would be employed in its construction. After a commission determines the technical details of the plant, a final deal will be prepared.
