Rasmussen to visit Turkey as NATO takes full command in Libya

NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen will pay a visit to Ankara next week, only days after NATO assumed command of all air operations over Libya yesterday, taking over from the United States. Diplomatic sources said Libya will be on the agenda of the NATO chief's talks with Turkish officials, in addition to analysis of last November's Lisbon summit, where the alliance adopted a new strategic concept, reform within NATO, and Afghanistan.
