Talat: ”UN head Ban Ki-Moon is optimistic about a Cyprus settlement”

Turkish Republic of Norşern Cyprus (TRNC) President Mehmet Ali Talat yesterday met wiş UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in Berlin.
