Trade and Industry Minister Caglayan visits textiles fair in Germany

Trade and Industry Minister Zafer Caglayan yesterday traveled to Frankfurt, Germany to attend Heimtextil, one of the world's leading textile fairs. Nearly 150 Turkish companies took part in the annual fair. Caglayan said that despite the world economic crisis, domestic textile sector exports last year totaled more than $2 billion, adding that these figures should rise even higher this year.
