Turkey extends ISAF's command

The General Staff stated yesterday that Turkey has decided to extend its command of the Afghanistan-based International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) that it has undertaken on November 1, 2009. The statement said that Turkey's command would be extended for one more year as from November 1, 2011.
