Turkey to assume Eureka presidency

Turkey will assume presidency of the Eureka program as from July for one year and host a great many activities and organizations. The Eureka program aims at developing multiple cooperation projects and new products, processes or services with market potential. The program now incorporates 39 member countries, as well as the European Union as its 40th member. The Eureka program, supporting a great variety of projects ranging from tourism to services, bio-technology and automotive, is expected to turn Turkey into a key country in scientific researches.
