Turkey's current account deficit recorded $5.4 billion in March, up from February's $4.9 billion, and $15.9 billion in the first quarter, indicating a $383 million decrease over the same period of the previous year. This development was mainly caused by a $264 million increase in foreign trade deficit, recording $17.05 billion, and an increase by $823 million in net services income.
