Turkish business world to enter a vibrant period

The business world in Turkey is getting ready for a vibrant period, following calm summer months. President Abdullah Gul is set to visit Stockholm to attend a meeting in cooperation with the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK) on September 9-12. Furthermore, Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan is set to visit Luxembourg on September 13-14 and Vienna on September 18-19. Speaking on the issue, DEIK Chairman Rona Yircali said that services export to the mentioned countries is likely to grow by 25 percent with a possible increase of 15 percent in merchandise exports thanks to these visits.
