The Turkish Entrepreneurs World Congress will be held on November 18-19 in Istanbul to be attended by approximately 2,000 people. Speaking about the Congress, Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan said yesterday that the Turkish diaspora was the greatest chance and that he considered the Turkish businessmen living abroad as envoys who try to promote Turkey. Caglayan stated that there were 109 representatives from Turkey in 77 countries two years ago, but currently 209 commercial counselors from Turkey work at 194 centers in 89 countries.  Caglayan added that they aimed to increase the number of Turkish commercial counselors abroad to 250 by the year-end
