Turkish Film wins best film award at Moscow Film Festival

Turkish director Erdem Tepegoz's debut film "Zerre" (The Particle) won the top prize, the Golden George award, for the best film at this year's Moscow International Film Festival, which wrapped up its 35th edition on Saturday.
