Turkish, US officials talk camp Makhmour issue

Top Turkish and US officials in Ankara yesterday discussed how to rid Camp Makhmour in northern Iraq of PKK terrorists. Meeting at the Interior Ministry, Gen. Ray Odierno, the senior US commander in Iraq, and US Ambassador to Turkey James Jeffrey met with Interior Minister Besir Atalay and officials from the National Intelligence Organization (MIT), General Staff, and Foreign Ministry.
