Tuskon hosts Tajikistan's Parliament Speaker

The Turkish Confederation of Businessmen and Industrialists (TUSKON) hosted Tajikistan's Parliament Speaker Shukurjon Zuhurov. Speaking on the sidelines of the event, TUSKON Chairman Rizanur Meral said that 150 hydroelectric power plants amounting to $10 billion and $500 billion in Tajikistan were awaiting Turkish investors. Meral added that they would increase the trade volume between the two countries to $1 billion in two years. For his part, Zuhurov said, "We have found underground resources in 600 different regions in our country. We have also five million tons of coal and we mine and use only one million tons of this coal.
