An official UN report on last year's deadly Israeli attack on the Mavi Marmara aid ship has again been postponed so as not to interfere with Israeli talks with Turkey over the issue – the second such delay this month. According to Israeli daily Yediot Ahronot, diplomatic sources said the delay was aimed at continued negotiations over the report's content, and that the new release date is Aug. 20.
