Van-Yerevan flights fully booked

Bora Jet is set to launch direct flights between Van and Yerevan three years after Akdamar Church, which is holy for Armenians, was opened for prayers. "Eight million Armenian people worldwide want to visit Akdamar Church. In a sense, it's a pilgrimage place for Armenians. The flights will contribute to tourism boom in the region. I think hotels and flights will be full. I'm sure that 400-500 thousands of Armenians will come to Van each year," Turkish-Armenian Business Development Council (TABDC) Co-Chairman Kaan Soyak said.
